GREEN Broccoli Soup

The perfect fall soup is here! 

So tasty and filled with healthy ingredients containing vitamins, fibers, and protein. You just got to try it. 

 

 This is what you need: ✨

1 tsp Green Nordic Superfood Powder

1 head Broccoli

2 Carrots

2 Celery stalks

2 Garlic cloves

1 large bunch Parsley

Fresh 1 cup Spinach, frozen

1 Yellow onion

3 cups Vegetable broth

1 Black pepper

Freshly ground

1 tsp Salt

1/3 cup Cheese

3 tbsp Yogurt

Plain Mix of seeds

 

This is how you do it:✨

Bring all vegetables to a boil to soften them. Mix the soft vegetables in a mixer to a soup texture. then add the broth and season with alt and pepper. Top the soup with cheese, yoghurt, and seeds.
