Mango chia pudding that is just perfect for swedish midsummer! 🇸🇪🍓
1 tbsp sea buckthorn raw juice
1,5 dl almond milk
6 tbsp chia seeds
2 mangoes blended
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Combine chia seeds, yoghurt and milk. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. Add mango and sea buckthorn raw juice concentrate before serving and combine well. If you want it a little sweeter, add some honey. Make layers with coconut yoghurt, granola and fresh strawberries. Enjoy for midsummer desert!
