We have the yummiest Christmas cake recipe for you. So tasty and with a hint of our healthy berry powder RED.
THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl sugar
- 2 tsk gingerbread spice
- 1 tsk cinnamon
- 2 tsk baking powder
- 125 g butter, melted
- 1 dl milk
- 3 1/2 dl whole wheat
- 1 dl Lingonberries
- Nordic Superfood Berry powder RED
Topping glaze:
- 2 dl Icing sugar
- 1,5 msk water
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
1. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Whisk the eggs and the sugar until puffy. Add the rest of the ingrediens and whisk it all together to a smooth consistent batter.
2. Pour the batter into a buttered baking tin.
3. Bake the cake at the bottom of the oven for about 40 minutes. Let it cool off before you tip it onto a plate. Mix the icing sugar and water together to a firm consistency. Drizzle over the cake and top with berry powder RED.
