*) For rentals and day trips without an instructor, previous experience is required. Minimum 18 years or accompanied by a guardian on the water.

Swimming skills are a requirement in all rentals and a life jacket is recommended.

The price includes a life jacket, paddle and board.

For us, safety on the water is a matter of course, so we ask you to book one try on with us the first time you paddle, it increases security for you, for us and everyone who is in/on the water. You will receive basic instructions to calmly and safely get started with your paddling. Above all, you should have a fun and relaxed experience where safety is included.

After one Try on occasion, you have the option to rent a board by the hour or take your paddling further and book PT A personal trainer on board.

Get customized coaching where you learn paddling technique and safety with yogic playful elements. You learn to maneuver the board, read the weather and become confident on the water. (Buy clip cards/value cards on 5 occasions and save 15%.)

If you are a group with previous experience that wants to go on a longer trip, the package is booked SUP n´ SUPERFOOD. Then we prepare an energy-filled picnic containing a smoothie and a raw food ball a la Nordic Superfood.

The sunsets are magical at Marstrand and are best experienced from a SUP. An experience that keeps the heat up in winter. You book Sunset paddling and we are a small group who calmly make our way and admire a pulsating Marstrand. Great photo opportunities and a meditative experience are promised.

We cooperate with Cardboard boxes, inflatable boards of high quality', which has its home ground in Gårda brygga, Åsa.
