Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days under the Distance Contracts Act. If you cancel a purchase, you must return the item to us unused and in unopened packaging.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food, i.e. edible products. The quality and shelf life of food cannot be guaranteed if it has already been sold and shipped once. It is important for us to be able to guarantee that our food has been stored correctly until the customer receives the product. If the product has previously been with private customers, we cannot guarantee this.

Always contact customer service first atinfo@icgroup.se before you return your order. Refund will only be made when the goods have been received by us. You are responsible for the shipping costs. If the fault lies with us, we are responsible for the shipping costs.
