Shipping & Terms of Purchase


The prices in our webshop are always shown including VAT. 


Bank or credit card

You can choose to make a payment with your card. We accept all common cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We do NOT store information about your card, but only information about your order in order to provide you with the best service. 


For payment via invoice and card payment, we cooperate with Shopify Payment & Klarna. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes.

All invoices are from are transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Late payment interest is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

The usual credit check takes place after the personal data has been left at the till, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. In that case, a copy of the credit report will be sent to your home.


All orders are placed via our webshop. We do not accept orders made via regular mail, fax or other methods unless otherwise agreed. We report to the police orders that are made in another person's name without their consent or any other action that cause financial or other damage. 


Our goal is to deliver ordered goods to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, we will process it immediately. Your delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose. 

All deliveries are made with a forwarder chosen by us. We currently ship with different forwarders depending on whether your shipment can be sent as a letter or as a package. Packages are sent with DHL, which is one of Sweden's largest companies in package deliveries. You collect your parcel from your nearest parcel agent and you can follow the status of your parcel from order to delivery. Smaller shipments are sent as letters by Postnord. It is your responsibility as buyer that the address given to us at the time of ordering is correct. NB! We charge a fee of SEK 250 for unclaimed packages.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost within Sweden is from SEK 59 for orders under SEK 800. This cost is specified before you make your payment. For orders over SEK 800, you always have free shipping within Sweden (only applies to private individuals, not retailers).

Gift cards/discount codes

If you have a gift card code or discount code that you want to use for your order, it only works to use one code per purchase. 

Right of withdrawal

As a private person, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days. If you regret a purchase, you must return the item to us unused and in unbroken packaging.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food, i.e. edible products. The quality and durability of food cannot be guaranteed if it has already been sold and shipped once. For us, it is important to be able to guarantee that our food has been stored correctly right up until the customer receives the product. If the product has previously been with private customers, we cannot guarantee this.

Always contact customer service first at before returning your order. Reimbursement only takes place when the item has been received by us. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. If the fault lies with us, we bear the shipping cost. 

Complaints & Warranty

If a product turns out to be defective or incorrect, the product can be returned. Once the item has been returned to ShopbyMyrberg, the total amount will be refunded including shipping and handling costs. In the event of a valid complaint about incorrect/defective goods, you as a customer . Complaints to ShopbyMyrberg mwill be fully compensated for all cost. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the customer receives the goods. Please document the damage with a photo and email to

Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint. The right to complain includes e.g. not faults caused by normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for the return are covered by ShopbyMyrberg upon presentation of the receipt. Please include the shipping receipt or a copy. In the event of an approved complaint/cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

We advise all our customers to send trackable packages for customer safety. The item is in the customer's possession until we receive the return. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal/return, you are welcome to contact our customer service under the "Contact" tab.

Transport damage

Claims for transport damage must be made within a reasonable time to ShopbyMyrberg. When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package has not been damaged in transit.


In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private person, it is our policy to always follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. 


We reserve the right for typographical errors in information & prices, as well as errors in the specification of all goods in our range. All pictures and information on our website should be seen as illustrations. We also cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the item. 


As a customer, you are protected by the Data Protection Regulation. This means that the personal data you provide to us will not be distributed or disseminated to third parties. We treat your data confidentially and you can therefore feel safe when you make a purchase on our webshop.
