Prices

The prices in our webshop are always shown including VAT. 

Payment

Bank or credit card

You can choose to make a payment with your card. We accept all common cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We DO NOT store your card details, only information about your order to be able to provide you with the best service. 

Invoice 

For payment via invoice and card payment, we cooperate with Shopify Payment & Klarna. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes.

All invoices are from nordicsuperfood.se transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Late payment interest will be charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be handed over to debt collection.

The usual credit check takes place after the personal data has been left at the till, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. In that case, a copy of the credit report will be sent to your home.

Ordering

All orders are placed via our webshop. We do not accept orders placed via regular mail, telephone or other means unless otherwise agreed. We will report to the police orders placed in another person's name without their consent or which otherwise cause nordicsuperfood.se financial or other damage. 

Deliveries

Our goal is to deliver your ordered goods to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, we will process it immediately. Your delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. 

 

All deliveries are made with a forwarder chosen by us. We currently ship with different forwarders depending on whether your shipment can be sent as a letter or as a package. Packages are sent with DHL, which is one of Sweden's largest companies in package deliveries. You can pick up your package at your nearest parcel agent and you can follow the status of your package from order to delivery. Smaller shipments are sent as a letter with Posten. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the address given to us at the time of ordering is correct. NOTE! For packages not collected, we charge a fee of SEK 250.

Sweden:

PostNord consignment note 1st class within Sweden - 1-2 working days.

DHL Sweden Service Point Parcel within Sweden - 1-3 working days. 

Denmark & Finland

DHL-SE Parcel Connect – 2-5 days delivery days.

 

Shipping cost

The shipping cost within Sweden is from 59 SEK for orders under 800 SEK. This cost is specified before you make your payment. For orders over 800 SEK you always have free shipping within Sweden (applies only to private individuals, not retailers).

Gift cards/discount codes

If you have a gift card code or discount code that you want to use for your order, it only works to use one code per purchase. 

Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days under the Distance Contracts Act. If you cancel a purchase, you must return the item to us unused and in unopened packaging.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food, i.e. edible products. The quality and shelf life of food cannot be guaranteed if it has already been sold and shipped once. It is important for us to be able to guarantee that our food has been stored correctly until the customer receives the product. If the product has previously been with private customers, we cannot guarantee this.

Always contact customer service first at info@icgroup.se before you return your order. Refund will only be made when the goods have been received by us. You are responsible for the shipping costs. If the fault lies with us, we are responsible for the shipping costs. 

Complaints & Warranty

If a product turns out to be defective or incorrect, the product can be returned. When the product has been returned to our warehouse, the total amount including shipping and handling costs will be refunded. In the event of a complaint about a faulty/defective product, you as a customer will be completely free of charge. Complaints to Nordic Superfood must be made within a reasonable time from the customer receiving the order. Please document the damage with a photo and email to info@icgroup.se

Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint does not include, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense. Nordic Superfood for against receipt. Please send the receipt for the shipping or a copy. If the complaint/purchase cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

We advise all our customers to send trackable packages for customer safety. The item is in the customer's possession until we receive the return. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal/return, you are welcome to contact our customer service under the "Contact" tab.

Transport damage

Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time to Nordic Superfood. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package is not damaged in transport.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private person, it is our policy to always follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. 

Information

We reserve the right to make typographical errors in information & prices, as well as errors in specifications on all products in our range. All images and information on our website should be seen as illustrations. We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the product. 

GDPR

As a customer, you are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that the personal information you provide to us will not be shared or disseminated to third parties. We treat your information confidentially and you can therefore feel safe when making a purchase on our webshop.
