Deliveries

Our goal is to deliver ordered goods to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, we will process it immediately. Your delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose. 

All deliveries are made with a forwarder chosen by us. We currently ship with different forwarders depending on whether your shipment can be sent as a letter or as a package. Packages are sent with DHL, which is one of Sweden's largest companies in package deliveries. You collect your parcel from your nearest parcel agent and you can follow the status of your parcel from order to delivery. Smaller shipments are sent as letters by Posten. It is your responsibility as the buyer that the address given to us at the time of ordering is correct. OBS! We charge a fee of SEK 250 for unclaimed packages.

PostNord Waybill Economy within Sweden – 1-2 working days.

DHL Sweden Service Point Parcel within Sweden - 1-3 working days. 

Other European countries

DHL-SE Parcel Connect – 2-5 days delivery days.
