Collagen pinnglass

Creamy popsicles with collagen, raspberries and chia coconut! It will be about 8-10 pinglas.


2 dl raspberries (frozen or fresh)
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
2 dl (500 ml) fat coconut milk
2 tbsp Collagen Premium pulver

Do this:

Combine raspberries with maple syrup in a small saucepan. Let cook on a low heat for 4-5 minutes until the berries are soft, but not completely falling apart. Remove from heat and let cool. Alternatively, create a raw version by simply mashing the berries with maple syrup. Add the chia seeds and vanilla and let the seeds sit for 5-10 minutes to swell up a bit. Add collagen powder. Stir in the coconut milk and carefully pour the mixture into the moulds, making sure the berries are evenly distributed. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
