Is it time for an upgrade yourself? YOU are the most important person in your life and in order to be there for everyone around you, you have to function. Not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Today we find it difficult to find time to be healthy, it is especially difficult to prioritize ourselves, or it becomes too complicated.
To create "a little health every day" gives great results in the long run. My goal is to show what effects nutritious food, natural beauty care, saunas, regular exercise and the right thoughts can have on body & soul in a simple way!

Nothing can heal in stress
You cannot trust your thoughts, only your feelings. Our emotions tell us through the "gut feeling" if you are following your right path. Most of the time we don't listen but act rationally.
But if you suffer from various symptoms such as headaches, pains, discomfort, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, stomach problems, etc., it is the body's way of signaling imbalance.
It's all about energy. Emotional, physical or mental stress, for too long, affects your body negatively and can create imbalance.
Start first thing in the morning and take a Natural Remedy, cup of tea or something and sit with yourself.

- Feel for it
- How are you?
- Is something rubbing?
- Think about whether you can really change it or just need to change the setting. Sometimes you worry unnecessarily (93% of all worries don't happen..)

Create circulation in the body
After you have slept and all the systems and hormones have worked during the night, you need to move your body to create circulation and get the body fluids going.
You can imagine that you have to roll on all moving joints from head to toe. Head, shoulders, spine, hips and knees. Stretch in all directions and take deep breaths to oxygenate yourself with new wonderful energy. All body fluids and the lymphatic system need to get going and the blood oxygenates your muscles and organs.

Sleep routine for hormone balance
Calming the nervous system before bedtime is a good foundation for a good night's sleep. Our hormones regenerate during the night and therefore you don't want to be stressed before bedtime.
Take a few minutes in the evening and write down three things you are grateful for in a book by your bedside table. Warm a cup of tea to soothe your stomach with good herbs that promote stomach health.
Take a hot shower or bath with essential oil in it. Sput the phone on flight mode.
Lplace your hands on your stomach and take deep breaths through your nose. Breathe in and count to 3, breathe out and count to 6. Repeat 3 times.
