Gluten-free blue crumb pie

Gluten-free blue crumb pie for coffee in a snap! The whole family's favourite.

Cover the bottom of a regular-sized dish with frozen blueberries.
Mix with 2 tablespoons BLUE blueberries chokeberry black currants and
1/2 teaspoon potato flour. (You can drizzle some honey over if you like).

Mix in a pile:

1 dl gluten-free oatmeal that you have mixed into a flour (enough to "pulse" 2 times in your blender).
1 dl whole gluten-free oatmeal
1 dl almond flour
1 cup coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of sugar
125 g butter

When everything is mixed to a suitably crumbly mix, stir in a pinch of flake salt.
Sprinkle the mix over the superberry mixture and bake for approx. 20-30 minutes at 175 degrees. Stay tuned. (Tips! Turn off the oven after 20 minutes and let the pie finish on reheat and then cool in the oven if you have time).
