A lovely red chia pudding for yourself or someone else you like, with flavor and energy from red berries!
You need for a bowl:
- 1 tsp Lingon Raw Juice
- 1 tsp Red - lingonberries, red currants, cranberries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1.5 dl water
- 0.5 dl plant-based milk
- Coconut flakes
- Banana
Mix chia and water, let stand for about 30 minutes (take a brisk walk while you wait). Mix in Red powder and stir well. Slice a little banana and add a layer, which you then top with coconut flakes. Top up with milk of your choice. Drizzle over Lingon Raw Juice. Enjoy! Use honey if you like for a sweeter option in the "pudding".
