A sunshine smoothie with a high content of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory effect!
Makes one litre, so you can invite a friend over and fill a water bottle to fuel up for the day.
1 l Water
1 tablespoon Sea Buckthorn Raw Juice
1 tablespoon Yellow powder from sea buckthorn rosehip cloudberry
1 tablespoon Collagen Premium+
3 cm Ginger (pressed in a bottle also works well)
1 cm Turmeric (powder also works well)
1 banana (preferably green for more fiber than sweetness)
1 teaspoon Honey
1/2 spice measure Cayenne
Fill up your blender with water. Peel ginger and turmeric, spoon is easiest to use. Also peel the lemon, orange and banana:) Add all the ingredients and blend to a smooth smoothie. Pour out and dust with Yellow powder and a little cinnamon, enjoy!
