1.5 dl cashews, soaked for 6 hours (or overnight) and drained
1/2 cup water
6 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw blackcurrant juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
A few blackberries to decorate with
Decorate with blackberries. Blend all ingredients in a blender until super smooth. Pour the batter into the moulds, put a stick in each and freeze for at least 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
