Breakfast or brunch pancakes!? Try our delicious pancakes with any meal you want.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 6 dl Milk
- 2.5 dl wheat flour
- 0,5 dl tsk Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
Topping:
- Red Bärpulver
- Whipped cream
Do this:
Recipe for about 4 people. Beat the eggs in a bowl with half the milk. Add the flour and beat until smooth. Then whisk in the rest of the milk and salt. Melt the butter and mix in. Heat a pan to medium, and fry in a little butter. Place the pancakes on a plate. Add a dollop of whipped cream or chasew cream. Top with Red Berry Powder for an extra boost of vitamins and fibre!
