2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon Blueberry powder (blueberries, aronia berries, black currants)
1 tablespoon Collagen Premium +
3 dl plantbased milk
1 tablespoon MCT or coconut oil
How to: Mix in a blender and top with nuts, seeds, banana or whatever you feel like!
