Collagen Blissballs

Ingredients for about 15 balls

10 dates
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 dl oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
3 tablespoons strong, cool coffee
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 msk Collagen Premium+
1/2 dl soy/almond/rice milk
1 krm sea salt

Do this:
Mix all ingredients to a smooth mass in a food processor. Form into evenly sized balls. Feel free to make small ones, as they are powerful and there will be more balls. Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with RED powder or flowers, coconut, cocoa, pistachios, etc. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours. You can also store the balls in the freezer, and take them out a while before serving. If you are allergic to some of the seeds, they can of course be replaced.
