The Perfect Autumn Soup Recipe 🍂✨
This autumn, cozy up with a tasty and healthy soup packed with vitamins, fiber and protein. It is the perfect dish to nourish the body during the colder months.
Ingredients:
- 1 tesked Green Nordic Superfood Powder
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 Carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 large bunch Parsley
- 1 cup fresh spinach (or frozen spinach)
- 1 Yellow onion
- 3 cups Vegetable broth
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup Cheese (of your choice)
- 3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- A mixture of Natural seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
Sand here you do:
- Prepare the vegetables: Cook all the vegetables in a large saucepan until soft.
- Mix: When the vegetables are soft, use a blender or hand blender to blend them to a smooth soup consistency.
- Add broth & seasoning: Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
