GREEN Broccoli Soup

The Perfect Autumn Soup Recipe 🍂✨

This autumn, cozy up with a tasty and healthy soup packed with vitamins, fiber and protein. It is the perfect dish to nourish the body during the colder months.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tesked Green Nordic Superfood Powder
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large bunch Parsley
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or frozen spinach)
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 3 cups Vegetable broth
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Cheese (of your choice)
  • 3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • A mixture of Natural seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)

Sand here you do:

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Cook all the vegetables in a large saucepan until soft.
  2. Mix: When the vegetables are soft, use a blender or hand blender to blend them to a smooth soup consistency.
  3. Add broth & seasoning: Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and top with cheese, yoghurt and a sprinkling of seeds for a crunchy finish.
